the “Hand-off Meeting”—this takes place one month before the event. We take command of all the details you have so thoughtfully planned and carry it to the finish line.
our direct contact with personnel beginning one month prior to the event—this means that every vendor, family member, and friend will know exactly where to be and when. We will be prepared to answer all of their questions!
professional presence on the day-of to direct the details, respond to any bumps in the road, and make “plan-B” decisions to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests.
rehearsal coordination (as requested). We love to be apart of this step in the preparation, when possible!

Of course you want a wedding that thoughtfully tells your story.
But where do you start?
The Partial Planning Package puts you in the driver’s seat, but with an experienced co-pilot to navigate you on your way! We will partner to co-create a vision, operate as a sounding board, and cheer you through the whole process! Once we are within a month of the big day, we will take over the execution of the details so you won’t have to miss a moment of the magic. Let your final weeks be stress-free so you can be be fully present to welcoming the next chapter of your life!
